• Deliver persuasive listing presentations using proven PLACE strategies
• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, preparation, and marketing tactics
• Negotiate offers confidently while protecting client interests
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless, timely closings
• Maintain clear, consistent communication and provide outstanding client service

Requirements

• Valid real estate license (or actively pursuing one)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence in client engagement
• Competitive spirit with a dedication to ongoing growth
• Discipline to follow systems and maintain consistency
• Ambition to build a successful, sustainable business

Qualifications

• You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
• You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
• Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
• Overcoming objections comes naturally
• You are a strong communicator and committed to service
• Team player
• Must be a Licensed Realtor in the state of New York
• 1+ years’ of sales experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
