Responsibilities
- Consult with sellers to understand their goals and pricing strategy
- Conduct listing presentations and secure signed agreements
- Guide clients through the listing, marketing, negotiation, and closing process
- Collaborate with the team on pricing, staging, marketing, and launch strategy
- Maintain consistent communication with sellers throughout the transaction
- Utilize CRM systems and follow-up processes daily
- Negotiate offers and advocate for client goals
- Deliver a high-level client experience from consultation to closing
Qualifications
- Licensed in NC and/or SC (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Confident in communication and relationship building
- Growth-minded and coachable
- Motivated to build a long-term real estate career
- Organized and willing to follow proven systems
- Comfortable with accountability and team collaboration
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
