Responsibilities

  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
  • Consult with sellers, convert listings, and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

  • Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
  • Excellent at building rapport, listening to needs, and identifying solutions
  • Strong in prospecting and lead generation
  • Overcoming objections naturally
  • Strong communicator and committed to service
  • Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth-minded and learning-based
  • Organized and willing to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
