Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE experienced Agent
- Launch and execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers and buyers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
