Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program with confidence.
• Use PLACE lead generation tools regularly each week to keep the momentum going.
• Host at least two open houses every month to connect with potential buyers.
• Join in weekly script practice sessions to sharpen your skills alongside the team.
• Take part in all team activities as outlined to stay engaged and informed.
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls to keep growing.
• Offer knowledgeable advice to sellers, help secure listings, and promote properties effectively.
• Show your expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services.
• Represent sellers during negotiations to help get the best possible offers.

Qualifications

• Motivated sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit.
• Great at building connections, really listening to what clients want, and offering helpful solutions.
• Clear and effective communicator, both in writing and speaking, who’s dedicated to providing great service.
• Works well with others and enjoys being part of a team.
• Holds a valid real estate license.
• Always eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Good at managing time and staying organized with priorities.
