Listing Agent

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Agent Launch and Listing Certification
• Execute lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers and convert to listings
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies and other listing-related services
• Track activities and clients in CRM

• You are a licensed real estate professional with 2+ years of real estate sales experience.
