Responsibilities

- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
