Deutsche Bank’s Listed Derivatives Execution Solutions (LDES) team supports all aspects of Deutsche Bank’s Listed Derivatives execution platform delivery to its internal and external clients. The LDES team is the main point of contact and is key to presenting the best version of Deutsche Bank to its execution clients. Members manage requirements across the Listed Derivatives business unit, including High Touch, Algorithmic Trading, Transaction Cost Analysis, Direct Market Access, Co-location, and Sponsored Market Access.

About the role

This is a client-centric role driving the provision of execution solutions to Deutsche Bank’s clients, enabling them to use ‘best-fit’ products and platform delivery. Responsibilities include handling client orders, risk management, monitoring client orders, and resolving trading-related issues. The LDES team operates a 24x6 global model with an emphasis on collaboration across the global day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive global growth goals through increased revenue and cost efficiencies; track progress against targets and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Deutsche Bank’s client base to meet their requirements and increase client penetration across execution products.
  • Pitch execution services to clients in cooperation with Product and Sales teams.
  • Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to implement commercially viable product improvements.
  • Drive client onboarding to go-live, ensuring high-quality customer experience and technology support.
  • Execute trades on behalf of clients across multiple trading platforms and regions (subject to applicable licensing and registrations).
  • Manage client orders during technical outages, reconcile orders, and cancel orders to reduce risk as required.
  • Understand algorithmic trading functionality and strategies to support clients in best usage and expected behavior; advise on optimal algorithm usage.
  • Monitor and manage the full electronic trading offering across proprietary and third-party applications, ensuring expedient issue resolution.
  • Effectively manage risk to the Bank and clients, ensuring all documentation and approvals are in place for client access.
  • Stay updated on exchange and regulatory rules relating to trading flows and adhere to all applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience within electronic trading.
  • Listed Derivatives (LDES) product knowledge required.
  • Understanding of algorithmic trading functionality and strategies to support clients.

Pay

The salary range for this position in New York City is $170,000 - $210,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications. This range does not include incentive compensation or other remuneration.
