The Wup Fitness Center is seeking a dedicated monitor to lead fitness activities with music support and provide technical guidance in the gym.

Requirements
A formal qualification in sports-related fields (Intermediate, Advanced, or University degree) is required. Proficiency in English and prior experience are valued.
Qualifications
Permanent contract part-time, 30 hours per week, with a remuneration system aligned with the collective agreement supplemented by variable incentives based on performance goals.
Skills
Knowledge of fitness equipment, ability to communicate effectively, CRM management skills, and negotiation capabilities.
