Liquids Supervisor (Night Shift)
About the role
We are seeking an energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment to manage the day-to-day operations of our production team. The plant is in Burnet, TX, which produces deposition precursor chemistries for CVD/ALD semiconductor applications. Your knack for building strong relationships and ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be paramount as you establish and monitor key metrics that drive efficiencies and strong operational discipline. Schedule
Monday–Friday on night shifts between the hours of 5pm–5am.
Responsibilities
- Take charge and lead team to ensure department meets production demands providing daily direction and prioritization
- Ensure production equipment is maintained and utilized in accordance with engineering procedures and standards
- Drive accountability across the team and instill a culture of operational discipline, proper change management, and safety
- Lead a team that is passionate about safety, quality, and customers' impression of Entegris
- Work with team to develop and implement productivity improvements to improve cost savings and efficiency
- Partner with planning team to coordinate order scheduling, capacity adherence, and routing accuracy
- Work with support organizations (engineering, planning, logistics, analytical lab) to cross-functionally improve processes and team performance in support of site goals
- Lead the team to improve department and individual performance through coaching and team and individual development while exemplifying Entegris PACE Values
- Develop and monitor department performance objectives and metrics and implement improvements
- Participate in 5S audits and leadership inspections to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience (5-7+ years) of increasing responsibilities in the chemical manufacturing industry; leadership experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple activities
- Familiarity with ISO 9000/14000, OSHA 18000 environments
- Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Six Sigma experience
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is a plus)
- Strong level of commitment to team-based management and interpersonal engagement
- Visible leadership on the factory floor
- Proven track record of safety, quality and customer focus
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to travel 5%, primarily domestic

Pay
The salary range for this position is $71,500–$95,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate's overall qualifications and skills for the role.
