About the role
As a Linux and Cloud Application Support Specialist for Space and Intelligence Systems, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for ensuring virtual machines and applications run successfully within a Platform as a Service environment. The specialist will handle new installation and deployment of Platform as a Service systems, including monthly system updates and troubleshooting application or VM issues.
Responsibilities
- New installation and deployment of Platform as a Service (PaaS) systems
- Monthly system updates
- Troubleshooting application or virtual machine (VM) issues
Qualifications
- Master’s degree + minimum 3 years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience + minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Requirements
- Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable time from date of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required (due to the nature of work performed within our facilities)
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Schedule
This position is hybrid with majority in-office support and some room for telework. It is not a remote opportunity.
Pay
Target salary range: USD $105,814.00/Yr. - USD $114,494.00/Yr. Actual pay may vary based on experience and geographic location.
