Linen Associate

Albany Memorial Hospital - Part Time - Day Shift Days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and every other Saturday and Sunday 3 hours each day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Performs linen handling functions including cart preparation, distribution of clean linen to user departments, pack making and soiled linen pick-up
• Folding linen
• Filling linen carts to pre-determined par levels and delivering linen carts to various departments throughout the hospital
• Restocking linen shelves, collect soiled linen from different departments, folding scrubs, loading the scrub machine, building Operating Room packs and keeping the linen department clean and organized

Requirements

• Must be able to respond appropriately to written and verbal instructions
• Computer knowledge desired

Pay

Pay Range $16.20 - $20.75 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
