Responsibilities
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean
- Build desserts according to clear instructions
- Maintain production goals within the required time
- Keep work area tidy and organized
- Adhere to dress code and personal hygiene rules
- Report waste and any deviations from the line
- Ensure food quality and safety throughout the shift
- Learn and follow safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided)
- Comply with company policies and assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours
- Able to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Able to read or write in English or Spanish
- Able to stay focused in a fast-paced, loud environment
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Able to follow strict safety rules 100% of the time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position preferred
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for standing and moving around
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
