Line Worker (3rd Shift)

Position Summary

Crescent Line Workers are responsible for performing assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner, contributing to the creation of a high-quality product. Safety

• Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to processes
• Comply with all OSHA, ISO, and company standards

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Communicate well and respectfully with others

• Participate in providing new ideas
• Pack, sort, and stack products throughout the shift
• Review completed tasks for accuracy and completion
• Work at a pace to achieve production and quality goals
• Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes
• Responsible for line production, labeling, and packaging of products
• Provide feedback to management regarding errors
• Follow rules and code of conduct at work
• Demonstrate ethical behavior at work

Quality

• Ensure production accuracy
• Provide feedback to management regarding errors

Productivity

• Absorb and inventory products per customer/management request to ensure accuracy of product and/or product codes
• Assist with inventories
• Work with proper operation and assembly of line products and packaging
• Validate the use and continuous improvement of all production and operational processes
• Responsible for line production, labeling, and packaging of products
• Works at a pace to achieve production and quality goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work well with others
• Possess basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior packaging experience

Pay Range
