Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete work efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate repair descriptions
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Compensation and Benefits

• Paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following elements: Hourly pay, production-based incentive compensation, retention-based incentive compensation
• Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as hours worked, productivity, performance metrics, and overall business conditions
• Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable performance standards are not met

Qualifications

• Mid-level automotive technician experience required
• Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance independently
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• ASE certifications preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
