Ford Heavy Line Technician | Hourly + Bonuses - Tuttle-Click Ford Lincoln

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and related systems
• Perform advanced mechanical repairs and troubleshooting
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools to identify complex issues
• Document diagnostic procedures and repairs accurately
• Work closely with service advisors to explain repair needs and recommendations
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing Ford and Lincoln technical training

Qualifications

• Heavy line automotive technician experience required
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Experience with Ford and/or Lincoln vehicles preferred
• Absolutely valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Compensation and Benefits

• Paid on a pay scale that may include one or more of the following compensation elements: Hourly compensation, production-based incentive compensation, retention-based incentive compensation
• The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $33.80 to $173.00 per hour
• Incentive and bonus compensation are not guaranteed and may be zero if applicable benchmarks are not met
