Position Summary Deliver exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, and crew members while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Line Department. This role plays an important part in upholding Elliott Aviation's high standards of safety, quality workmanship, and service. A Day in the Life No two days are exactly the same on the ramp. You might start your shift greeting an arriving aircraft, guiding it safely into position, and assisting passengers as they deplane. Throughout the day, you'll support fueling operations, reposition aircraft, and help ensure the ramp and hangar are safe, clean, and ready for the next arrival. You'll work alongside a team that values safety, communication, and customer service-taking pride in creating a smooth, professional experience for every pilot, passenger, and crew member who passes through. Schedule Tuesday - Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM This consistent schedule offers full-time hours with built-in weekday afternoon flexibility! Essential Job Functions Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring all arrivals feel welcomed and appreciatedPark and tie down aircraft safelyFuel aircraft and support fuel operationsTow aircraft for servicing, repair, storage, and parkingMaintain ramp, hangar, and facility conditionsAssist with ground and building maintenanceMaintain fuel and oil inventory, storage, and related recordsMonitor fuel meters and update line room board informationSupport inventory counts and ground support equipment upkeepPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Licenses Valid driver's license (required to obtain airport access and operate equipment)Ability to obtain and maintain SIDA/airport badges and meet company driving requirements Skills & Competencies Willingness to learn and follow directionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively in straightforward situationsPositive attitude and strong work ethicCommitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment Preferred (however, Not Required) Experience driving or operating equipment (e.g., trucks, ground support equipment, or similar) Physical & Work Environment Frequently lifts up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbsRegular standing, bending, kneeling, and reachingWorks outdoors in varying weather conditions and around aircraft environmentsExposure to noise, heights, and aircraft-related materials Compensation The base hourly range for this role is $19.00 USD - $23.00 USD. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of experience levels. Specific compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to; minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location.
