Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new features in our software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to inform product decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development and product management.
• Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
