Line Operator Trainee - Green Bay - 3rd Shift

Job Summary

Line Operators are responsible for coordinating the proper process baths and materials needed to produce the highest quality product for our customers. This position directly contributes to production goals which impact bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with supervisors, quality teams, chemistry techs, and others throughout the workday.
• Utilize the overhead crane on your assigned production line to process customer products through a series of chemical baths that create the metal finish needed.
• Support other staff on the line and complete all necessary documentation (using a computer) for proper processing of the order.
• Be comfortable around chemicals and proficient in English for communication and ensuring your safety.

Requirements

• For 3rd Shift, you'll work Sunday nights through Friday mornings (11pm - 7am).
• Occasional opportunities for overtime hours.
• The facility can get very warm in the summer and cold in the winter - depending on outside temperatures.
• Comfortable around chemicals and proficient in English.
• Personal Protective Equipment provided to ensure safety and health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures and labels.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills

• Chemical handling proficiency.
• Overhead crane operation.
• Computer literacy for documentation purposes.
