- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
- Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
- Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
- Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
- Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role
- A high school degree or GED
- Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success
- Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology
- Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
- Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company.
