Line Operator

About the Role

As an Operator II, you will support a variety of product assembly operations involving components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. This position operates manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce quality products while meeting safety, productivity, and performance standards.

• Operate a variety of automated machines used in the production of products and components.
• Monitor production output and ensure daily production goals are achieved.
• Inspect products and assemblies to verify conformance with quality standards and specified tolerances.
• Report maintenance concerns related to tools, equipment, or machinery.
• Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Support manufacturing operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machines, tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay

Salary Range: $37,500 - $46,800. The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
