Schedule
Sunday – Thursday, 3rd Shift: 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. Mandatory overtime when needed.
Pay
$17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Start and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Train new team members on safety rules
- Conduct in‑process quality checks
- Perform basic operations with equipment and manual processes to keep the line running according to standards
- Perform regular data reporting
- Participate in line changeovers
- Troubleshoot basic issues during production
Qualifications
- High school diploma and 2 years related experience or training in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
