About the role

In the role of Line Lead - Forming working in Wheat Ridge, CO you will be part of the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company (RMBC) team. This position reports to the Assistant Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 24/7 operations of the forming department, fostering a high-performance culture through employee engagement and talent development.
• Build a winning team by modeling WCSC standard work principles, recognizing individual and team contributions, and facilitating the forming technician development program to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct regular one-on-one development conversations, collaborate across plant departments and the supply chain, and mentor team members to uphold accountability and drive results.
• Support structured communication processes and guide the team through change with clarity and consistency.
• Lead a team of talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one-on-one conversations.
• Build effective partnerships across the plant (Batch & Furnace / Conditioning / Forming / Inspection & Packaging / Quality / Mold and Machine Repair and Maintenance) and supply chain network.
• Support and participate in structured communications throughout the department and provide feedback to teams participating in the structured communications process to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of forming.
• Glass experience.
• At least 3-5 years experience in a leadership role in manufacturing operations.
• Lean manufacturing experience.

Pay

$95,700.00 - $125,700.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short-term incentive. On average, $23,000 spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness incentives, and EAP.
