Line Labor I - Packaging (2nd Shift)

What You'll Do

• Packaged finished products according to company standards.
• Accurately count and verify product quantities.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures.
• Absorb daily production line startup and shutdown.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Line Lead or Plant Management.

Qualifications

• A solid work history demonstrating reliability and dependability.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time).
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely follow work instructions and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
