Hideaway Steakhouse, located in Westminster, Colorado, is hiring for a full-time Line/Grill Cook.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years as a Grill Cook in a fast paced environment
- Hard working, motivated, disciplined, confident, organized, passionate about great food, sets the pace for line efficiency
- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Knows and complies consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
- Multitask and work in a FAST paced environment while maintaining food safety and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
- Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
