Line/Grill Cook at SentryWorld

About the role

The SentryWorld team is seeking Line/Grill Cooks for their culinary department. Current opportunities are available at The Library and PJ's Restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes using recipes provided by the company
• Set up food preparation lines including grill, sauté, fry, dessert, pastry, and salad stations
• Collect and organize necessary supplies for preparing menu items
• Prepare a range of foods such as meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and cold items
• Arrange sauces and garnishes for designated stations
• Serve menu items according to established quality standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related cooking experience preferred
• Ability to prepare food from recipes commensurate with skill level
• Self-motivated and able to follow instructions
• Strong sense of customer service and safety awareness
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain State Food Handlers Certification

Pay

Compensation is competitive and will vary based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Positions are available on a full-time basis (30-40 hours per week), with potential for part-time roles as well.
