Line Driver - Syrup, 3rd Shift

Position Overview

Toraniland campus is seeking a Line Driver to join their Receiving team. Key responsibilities include pallet building and maneuvering, order status communication, forklift/pallet jack operation, quality verification, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Success Factors (12-24 Months)

• Distribution Expertise: Checking in on the production plan, ensuring the line has necessary materials, and moving products as needed.
• Attention to Detail: Scanning and verifying products against production plans and ensuring staging areas are clean and organized.
• Safety First: Maintaining a safe work environment, conducting pre-shift inspections, and addressing safety concerns.
• Reliability and Commitment: Delivering on commitments, participating in KPI meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience (minimum 2 years required, 3-5 years preferred)
• 2 years of forklift driver experience with current certification
• Experience with warehouse management systems, scanner technology, and data entry
• Basic arithmetic and mathematics knowledge
• Fluency in English for both written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn other aspects of the business and perform additional tasks

Benefits

• M-F, Third Shift: 9:00pm-5:30am, plus overtime as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours

Pay

$24.50/hour with a $1.50 shift differential
