About the role

The Line Crewmember plays a crucial role in crafting and serving delicious bowls, ensuring every customer's experience is exceptional. This position involves working across various stations including greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, and point-of-sale (POS).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
• Operate multiple positions such as greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, and POS
• Communicate effectively with leadership, grill staff, and dish crew
• Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor throughout shifts
• Restock line and reach-in fridges as needed
• Adhere to portion control and minimize waste to keep costs within budget
• Multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
