Pay

Guaranteed $15.00/hr (including tips).

• Tips: All tips are pooled among all hourly employees and paid out biweekly, typically boosting base pay by more than $2/hr.
• Quarterly Profit-Share: Full-time employees share in profits based on restaurant and company performance, potentially equaling up to 10% of quarterly pay, paid in one lump sum.

About the Role

As a member of our line crew, you are responsible for crafting awesome bowls and ensuring every guest has an incredible experience. You will work in the front of house, collaborating with your team to serve perfect bowls quickly, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and restock ingredients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incredible customer experiences with attention to detail.
• Work all line positions: greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, and POS.
• Actively communicate with the Leadership Team, grill, and dish crewmembers.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all shifts.
• Restock line and reach-in fridge ingredients as needed.
• Use portion control and minimize waste to stay within cost projections.
• Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
