Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepares and cooks food items according to recipes and standards
- Ensures food safety and quality
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and appliances
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Supports other departments as needed
Requirements
Essential requirements include:
- Back of house cooking, chef, saute cook, or grill cook experience
- Experience in a high volume restaurant environment
- Ability to follow recipes and standards
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Food safety certification preferred
Skills
