About the role
This role requires the Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook to prepare best-in-class food for every Twin Peaks guest. Each HOH team member is defined by extreme standards and discipline that produce 100% Food Quality, Sanitation, and Safety.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to uniform standards
- Follow prep and line build recipes
- Check quality of ingredients
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH Standards, Safety, and Sanitation requirements are followed at all times
- Work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by management
Uniform Standards
- Wear a clean Twin Peaks black hat facing forward at all times (brim never bent)
- Keep hair clean and fully underneath the TP hat
- Be clean-shaven (beards and mustaches allowed but must be maintained)
- Keep fingernails trimmed
- No jewelry in ears, face, around the neck, or wrists
- No headphones or earbuds
- Wear a clean, non-faded, wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must understand prep recipes and line build procedures
- Ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions
- Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables
Training & Certifications
- Attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks HOH policies and procedures
- Complete the HOH training program before working unsupervised
- Successfully complete any other required training, including food and/or alcohol service certifications as mandated by local and state regulations

- Regularly exposed to kitchen fumes or airborne particles
