Line Cook - Ro Hyde Park

About the role

We're looking for a Line Cook who can hold a station under pressure, delivering consistent plates service after service. As a key player on our culinary team, you'll execute dishes with speed, precision, and craftsmanship during high-volume shifts. You'll work station-by-station alongside our kitchen team to bring our menu to life while maintaining the quality our guests expect. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required—these are our busiest and most important service times.

Responsibilities

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during dining hours
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
• Ensure the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized throughout and at the end of your shift
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume setting
• Working knowledge of basic culinary techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Florida Food Handler Certification

Physical Requirements

• Remain standing for extended periods throughout the shift
• Bending, squatting, and lifting up to 15 lbs. for short distances
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with varying noise levels
