What You'll Do

• Prepare made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen
• Display showmanship and interact with Guests in our display kitchens
• Work with premium beef and bison that is hand carved and ground daily in our on-premise butcher shop
• Ensure the premium freshness of flavors by making menu items in small batches

Qualifications

• Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
• Great team player
• Ability to multitask
• Passionate about great food

Physical Requirements

• Stands during entire shift
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
• Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs. up to 20 times per shift
• Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold
