About the role

Asado Gaucho is hiring a dependable line cook to join our team at Windmill Food Hall Carlsbad, Oceanside area. You'll be prepping and cooking high-quality Argentine-inspired dishes in a fast-paced, open-kitchen setting. Be part of a growing concept centered around fire-grilled flavor and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prep meats, sides, and ingredients to spec
• Cook and plate food quickly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Assist with restocking and basic inventory

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year of kitchen experience preferred
• Familiar with basic grill, prep, and line cooking
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Punctual, clean, and team-oriented
