About the role

Cook foods according to menus, special dietary or nutritional requirements, or numbers of portions to be served per management or following approved recipes. Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.

Requirements

• 1 year of institutional or fast-food preparation experience
• 3-year ServSafe certificate within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of institutional or fast-food preparation experience
• 5-year ServSafe Certification or equivalent food protection manager certification
