You are a dedicated and skilled culinary professional who brings both precision and passion to the kitchen. You understand food safety and preparation standards, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to creating high-quality meals that enhance the dining experience of our residents.
Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items following established recipes
Measure and prepare ingredients with accuracy and attention to detail
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Assist with inventory control and kitchen cleanliness
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Must exemplify kindness and positivity
- Prior Line Cook experience desired
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling techniques
- Knife skills and cooking knowledge across food types
- Serv Safe Certification is a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
