What You Get To Do

  • Cook and serve food at special events.
  • Adjust food quantities based on guest attendance.
  • Represent the company with a positive attitude and high energy.
  • Assist in leading team operations and special events.
  • Estimate food requirements and place orders with suppliers or procure from storage.
  • Coordinate food deliveries to event sites.
  • Regulate oven, broiler, grill, roaster, and steam kettle temperatures.
  • Mix and measure ingredients according to recipes.
  • Bake, roast, broil, and steam various foods.
  • Add seasoning and garnish foods.
  • Monitor food preparation and portioning to ensure quality.
  • Handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interact positively with park guests and coworkers.
  • Pass relevant food handler exams.

What It Takes To Succeed

  • Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Able to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
  • Able to stand for long periods in hot and/or cold environments.
  • Able to use hands and fingers, reach, handle, feel, stoop, crawl, or kneel.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work indoors and in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Able to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Culinary certificate preferred.

Availability: Up to 29 hours per week, 3-4 days a week, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, late evenings, and night shifts.
