About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook / Kitchen Staff member to join our dynamic team at Sister Lakes Brewing Company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering our exceptional menu offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and flavor, while contributing to an engaging kitchen environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
- Aid in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
