Responsibilities

• Prep and cook menu items with consistency and care
• Set up and stock your station for success
• Work closely with your team to ensure timely, accurate orders
• Follow recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
• Minimize food waste and uphold quality standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience (preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person!)
• Food Handler’s Card

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and working in a high-energy kitchen
• Able to handle hot food and repetitive motions
