Responsibilities
- Work confidently across the kitchen, including line cooking, prep, and general kitchen support, as needed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- Prepare, cook, and garnish dishes that are distinct by design and true to place.
- Follow recipes and standards accurately while bringing care and consistency to every plate.
- Communicate clearly and positively with chefs, teammates, and front-of-house partners.
- Take initiative—see what needs doing and step in without being asked.
Qualifications
- Versatility & Flexibility: This is a dynamic kitchen, and we value team members who enjoy variety in their day and are flexible with days, hours, and responsibilities.
- Experience: 1–2 years of kitchen experience, culinary training, or equivalent hands-on work.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, kitchen equipment, and basic culinary techniques.
- Team-Oriented: A true people person who enjoys collaboration, takes feedback well, and brings a positive attitude to the kitchen.
- Availability: Ideal candidates are available mornings and afternoons.
