Line Cook - Full-Time

Waverly Heights is currently seeking a full-time Line Cook to join our team. At Waverly, cooking is considered an art, so if you are a culinary artist who enjoys making a difference, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Executive Chef or Food Service Manager to plan menus
• Preparing and cooking meals according to menu specifications
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared with attention to quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils and food surfaces regularly
• Complying with local health department regulations and food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience is required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness and ability to learn

Schedule

Full-time Line Cooks are scheduled up to 40 hours per week and includes working every other weekend.
