Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation throughout shift
- Set up and break down station properly for service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team during service
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket times meet expectations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with prep and additional kitchen tasks as needed
Requirements
- Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Pay
The pay range for this role is: 18 - 20 USD per hour (Drift Nashville)
