Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to GolfSuites standards
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at the line
- Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen
- Properly dispose of trash and recycling and maintain sanitation standards
- Absorb and assist with kitchen prep and closing duties as assigned
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow all company policies and health regulations
Requirements
- Food Handlers Permit
- Friday-Sunday availability is required
- Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on and as a team
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including maneuvering up and down stairs
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb
- Ability to stoop and bend
Pay
$14.00 per hour
