Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to GolfSuites standards
  • Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at the line
  • Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen
  • Properly dispose of trash and recycling and maintain sanitation standards
  • Absorb and assist with kitchen prep and closing duties as assigned
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Follow all company policies and health regulations

Requirements

  • Food Handlers Permit
  • Friday-Sunday availability is required
  • Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on and as a team
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including maneuvering up and down stairs
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb
  • Ability to stoop and bend

Pay

$14.00 per hour
