Responsibilities
- Understand and execute proper steak temperatures
- Season, sear, and grill meat to Texas Roadhouse standards
- Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment and follow prep sheets
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
