Line Cook - Broil/Grill

About the role

As a Broil Cook at Texas Roadhouse, you’ll prepare our legendary steaks—our most popular menu item. This is a high-volume restaurant position where you’ll master meat seasoning, searing, grilling, and cooking steaks to precise temperatures while following safety and sanitation guidelines. You’ll work from prep sheets, operate kitchen equipment, and collaborate with a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to exact temperatures in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Apply proper meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Use kitchen equipment and follow prep sheets accurately
• Demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
