About the role

As a Broil Cook at Texas Roadhouse, you’ll play an important part in delivering our legendary steaks—our most popular menu item. This position focuses on high-volume restaurant cooking, ensuring every steak is seasoned, seared, and grilled to perfection while following proper safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute cooking steak temperatures accurately
• Apply meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques
• Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Operate and understand kitchen equipment and prep sheets
• Exhibit teamwork in a fast-paced environment
