The Lodge is hiring for a Line Cook position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Follow food preparation and service procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a kitchen environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Skills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Basic computer skills (optional)
