The Springs at The Waterfront is building a team of talented individuals to provide 5-star service. We are seeking experienced culinary professionals to join a team of seasoned hospitality workers. Responsibilities

• Executing Executive Chefs Menus
• Adhering to prep guides and recipes
• Assuring that meals are consistently served with attractive presentation and punctually
• Preparing meals adhering to all food sanitation policies and procedures
• Preparing meals adhering to all portion control and special dietary guidelines
• Resolving resident food and/or food service complaints graciously and promptly
• Assuring food is stored correctly, adhering to all related guidelines
• Assuring kitchen is cleaned after meals, including but not limited to pots and pans, all surfaces, and the floor
• Performing all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule

Qualifications

• Prior experience with line cooking, with an emphasis in fine dining
• Passion for quality service
• Team player
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check

Pay

The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Line Cook position, with an hourly wage range of $19-$24 depending on experience.
