Line Cook
About the role
You will be responsible for in-depth knowledge of all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/safety information. You'll prepare a variety of food items using necessary kitchen equipment such as ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers. You will need to plate all dishes in accordance with DAC guidelines, assuring that each item is cooked to the Chef and Guest's specifications before serving. You'll also complete station prep lists with directions from the Chef and maintain sufficient levels of food products to ensure a smooth service period.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the restaurant industry.
- Banquet, fine dining, or private club experience is preferred.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues.

Schedule
We are looking for someone for mainly evening shifts, but no late-night work is needed. Weekend availability is preferred.
Pay
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
