Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations.
- Preparing and cooking menu items during service, while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).
Pay
Starting pay is $15.00 - $19.00/hour.
Schedule
Scheduled 4-5 days per week, from 3-10 p.m.
